1. Customer contacts Gofetch&Barkalott via phone, fax or website.
2. Gofetch&Barkalott arranges delivery of service agreements via email, fax or website download. Service agreements consist of Canine Family Member Registration, Veterinarian Authorization and Master Service Agreement.
3. Gofetch&Barkalott schedules an Introductory Appraisal Visit to customers home. Canine “Client” is presented and appraised. Signed agreements retrieved and filed.
4. Customer schedules Excursion appointment via phone, fax or email.
5. Client is picked up by Gofetch&Barkalott van. Van is equipped with 6/8 carrier stations. Each station is equipped with Client kit (dog toy, ball, treats, water/food bowl), comfort pad, vehicle restraint harness.
6. Clients are transported to Mountain Preserves. Client spends morning hiking and walking. Each Client is equipped with Gofetch&Barkalott collar and lead. Excursion Guide carries supplemental water, first aid kit, thermometer and treats. Rest breaks occur every thirty minutes. Rest breaks include water, treats, plus Client temperature and physical evaluation.
7. Clients are transported to Gofetch&Barkalott facility for lunch and downtime.
8. Clients spend afternoon in secure fenced 1200 sqft. yard playing fetch, group play, treats and swimming in private pool (wearing life preservers). Clients receive, treats, light massage, exit rinse and comb/brush out.
9. Clients are secured in Gofetch&Barkalott van and delivered home.
10. Clients spend the evening calm, relaxed, content and happy!

Our Client's safety and well being is our highest priority. Each Gofetch&Barkalott Guide is certified by the American Red Cross in Animal First Aid and CPR. The Client's physical and emotional condition is monitored at ALL times. Group size is limited to 6 Clients above 25 lbs, 8 Clients below 25 lbs. All Clients must be spayed or neutered.
Fall/Winter 2008 Excursion rates are $85 per dog, per day. Due to the very limited size of our groups we cannot offer a multiple dog discount. We are pleased as punch, however, to offer a five day package at $400. |
